*Satisfied or Refunded guarantee Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, the participating member/retailer of the Renault/Dacia Network in the Renew program will either replace the purchased vehicle, upon a written request (including email) from the customer, within 30 days of the date of delivery, or refund the paid price if replacement is not feasible. The replacement will be made with a vehicle of the same category (engine capacity, power supply) and value available from the retailer at the time of the request.

These conditions apply:

- The mileage from the delivery date must not exceed 1000 miles.

- The odometer must remain unmodified, undisconnected, or unreset.

- The vehicle must not have incurred any damage or accidents since delivery.

- The customer should not have received a similar refund in the preceding 12 months.

- The vehicle must be returned in its original condition to the same retailer that sold it.

- No modifications or alterations should have been made to the vehicle.

- Any sanctions (including but not limited to fines, charges and penalties) incurred before the retailer accepts and takes delivery of the vehicle will be the customer's responsibility.

- Whether refund or replacement, the cost of returning the vehicle to the retailer will be borne by the customer.

- Upon returning the vehicle, the retailer will inspect the vehicle and prepare a report on the vehicle’s condition. The customer must sign the report, issued by the retailer, for the guarantee to apply. If the returned vehicle does not satisfy any of the conditions set out in this guarantee, the customer will not qualify for the guarantee.

- The guarantee is exclusive to private customers; companies and VAT registered customers are excluded.

- A replacement or refund will only be issued once a vehicle inspection has taken place to determine any damage to the vehicle and all keys and documents have been returned, including but not limited to the V5. You will be notified of any deductions for damage.

In the case of financing on the returned vehicle:

- Financing will be closed with no due amount from the customer.

- The retailer will reimburse any handling fees paid in cash and the deposit.

- A replacement or refund will only be issued once a vehicle inspection has taken place to determine any damage to the vehicle and all keys and documents have been returned, including but not limited to the V5. You will be notified of any deductions for damage.

We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw the guarantee at any point in time.

¹ The Renew Used Vehicle Warranty covers selected mechanical and electrical components against sudden failure. Cover applies only to the parts listed in the official warranty document. Wear and tear, routine servicing items, bodywork, trim, tyres, batteries, and damage caused by misuse, incorrect fuel, water ingress or poor maintenance are excluded. All repairs must be authorised in advance and carried out by a Renew authorised retailer. Vehicles must be serviced in line with the manufacturer schedule (within 1 month/1,000 miles). Total claims cannot exceed the vehicle’s purchase price. A 14-day cancellation period applies if no claim has been made. Full terms available in the warranty handbook.

² Renew MOT Test Cover pays for the repair or replacement of specific components that directly cause an MOT failure, as listed in the full policy. Maximum claim limit is £750 including parts and labour. MOT test fees, wear and tear items, routine servicing, accidental damage, contaminated fuel issues, and parts covered by other warranties are excluded. Repairs must be pre-authorised and completed by a Renew authorised retailer. A 14-day cancellation period applies if no claim has been made. Full details are available in the MOT Test Cover handbook.
